Frequently asked questions
What counts as an order?
An order is counted when a customer completes a purchase that includes a custom design created with Customfly. The counter resets at the start of each billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time directly from the Customfly app inside your Shopify admin — no need to contact support.
What happens if I reach my order or product limit?
If you reach your monthly order limit, the designer will continue to work but new orders will not be counted until the next period or you upgrade. Products over your limit will be locked until you upgrade your plan.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is available indefinitely with no time limit. You can test Customfly with up to 3 products and 3 orders per month before deciding to upgrade.
How does billing work?
Billing is handled securely through Shopify's Billing API. Charges appear directly on your Shopify invoice — no separate payment method required.
